Meet Dr. Lara Roseto!

Dr. Lara Roseto discovered her love for working with children while working for her pediatric dentist when she was just 16! After growing up in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, she decided to move to New Jersey, where both her parents grew up. She’s excited to call South Jersey her home!

Dr. Lara knew she wanted to work in dentistry, so after she completed her undergraduate degree at Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania, she continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Lara then moved to Denver, Colorado, to complete her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Dr. Lara is now in New Jersey and is eager to get to know her patients at the Center for Pediatric Dental Health!

In her free time, Dr. Lara enjoys going hiking with her husband, Colin, and playing with her sassy calico cat, Nala.  Dr. Lara loves being a pediatric dentist and is so excited to meet you!

Dr. Lara would tell you her education started long before college. It began at age 16 when she started working for her pediatric dentist. She learned the ins and outs of a dental office early on, and it inspired her to pursue pediatric dentistry as a career! When the time came, she started on the path to her new career at the following institutions:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania
  • Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine
  • Pediatric Residency at Children’s Hospital Colorado

Dr. Lara realized she could turn her high-school job of working for a pediatric dentist into a career of helping children get healthy smiles. She decided to complete her Pediatric Residency at the prestigious Children’s Hospital Colorado and obtained her doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Lara is proud to have worked in the Children’s Hospital system! Her work with Children’s Hospital Colorado allowed her to treat children in a hospital setting as well as an office setting, so she learned how to make her patients feel comfortable in any environment.

Dr. Lara is proud to serve patients, including special needs patients, at CPDH. She’s able to work on most special needs patients to make them comfortable and provide exceptional care.
