Your first visit to The Center for Pediatric Dental Health is one we’ve spent a lot of time thinking about and planning for.
We want it to be a positive experience the first time you come in which is what we always strive for.
From the first phone call and contact you have with our scheduling coordinators it’s so important for us to do everything we can to make sure you know you’ve come to the right place. We find out all the information that we can about you and your family to make sure that your visit is seamless when you come here. When you walk in the door, we have all of your information, we have all of your insurance information, and we can give you as much information as you may require as a parent to make you and your child feel comfortable when you come here.
We think when you come into our door for the first time you’re going to realize that our team is amazing. You’re going to feel welcome, you’re going to feel warm and I think instantly you’ll feel like you’re a part of our family. Dr. Emily says, “Quality care is so important to me. I obsess over making sure every child walks out the door having had an amazing experience here.” It is all about your child’s experience and we want it to be amazing! That’s why we’ve designed every single, miniature square inch of all of our dental offices to make sure that happens for each and every child! Our offices were designed with your child’s comfort in mind.
In addition to our systems and offices, we have put together a great team of positive and compassionate people. They’re the heart of CPDH! They care about your child and ensure each child’s experience is happy, comfortable and timely. We’re never just treating teeth – we’re caring for children. That means that compassionate care is a big part of great pediatric dentistry. We take your child’s questions, anxieties, and comfort seriously. We’re honored that we get to build a relationship with your child. Protecting and nourishing that relationship is something we care about deeply.
Give us a call and set up your first appointment. Don’t let us tell you about your first visit. Come and experience it for yourselves!
